Me, my wife and our 2 teenagers booked a private tour with Pedro and it was one of the best decisions of our trip to Portugal. He is incredibly knowledgeable - we felt we could ask any question and get an informed answer, not only about Porto but about Portuguese economy and political situation. He is also sweet, fun to be around and handled our youngsters like an ace. He took us to a Port wine cellar with a great view over the Douro river, followed by lunch at a traditional restaurant (amazing tapas!) and a tour in the city. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience in Porto!
Visited Porto with a group of friends and wanted to explore the city. Sara came up with an exciting Porto tour that include a deep dive in Porto history through a series of historic sightings. Next to that a lovely visit to the port cellars. Rich information accompanied by a truly enthusiastic way of story telling and love for the city, topped off with an on-tour live tasting of love in liquid form: Port. In combination with the fantastic views, some cheese and the November sun, Sara... eh Porto stole our hearts. Seriously, book Sara and you're sure you spend your time well!
Tommy was our tour guide around Porto and he was fabulous: very knowledgeable in Portugal’s wine, history, food and made us feel like a local. He’s a native English and Portuguese speaker, reliable and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Sara connected with us early on in our planning process and gave us great hotel, tour and restaurant recommendations. They exceeded our expectations in every way and made our trip to Portugal a memorable family trip!
