Working with Sara and having her expertise gave us a great experience with a private day tour of the Douro Valley. She was very prompt in replying to emails, providing suggestions and asking questions to make sure we had a great unique experience. Communication was excellent all the way from the beginning stages to the actual day of the tour. Our tour guide, Tommy, was absolutely fantastic. He was prompt at pick up, gave us additional information in regards to the wines and the area, and was easy going to make our day perfect. If you are looking at using them for a tour please do so, we have a great experience and will recommend them to all our friends from the states as they visit this region!
